Question about Lexmark Color JetPrinter 1100 InkJet
I have reinstalled the drivers, and when I try to print out a second document it does nothing. It is stuck in the print spooler list.
Have you tried printing without spooling?
Disable the spooling feature to see if this still happens.
Right-click printer then click Properties. On the Advanced tab of the printer Properties windows, Select Print directly to the printer.
You may notice that printing from an application may be slower; however, the point in doing this is to find out if the spooler is causing the issue by bypassing it completely when printing.
I don't know if you used the CD that comes with the printer or if you downloaded drivers from the Lexmark site but you might want to double check the drivers that you're using with the most current and appropriate drivers for your printer. Also make sure that all cable connections are snug.
Here is the link to download drivers from Lexmark http://downloads.lexmark.com/perl/downloads/downloads.cgi
Hope this helps and thanks for using Fixya.
