Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
When I plug my Sansa e250 into my computer and sync it with WMP 11 I can only add songs to the player. When I try and remove them, media player says that there are no songs added to the device yet. My computer only recognizes it when it's in MSC mode, and I have the latest firmware. Anybody have any ideas?
Go to my computer folder and then to you'r player (should appear) open it and you should see the folders

You have to first change the USB mode on the player to MTP (as opposed to MSC). Forget using the Windows Media Player (yeah, I know). Go to Explorer, go to drive E or whatever your Sansa is listed as....open it and it will show different types of folders. Go to MUSIC folder. The songs are listed and you can delete, e.g. delete mp3 and keep WMA of the same song, or whatever else you want to delete.
