SOURCE: there is water pooling inside the vegetable

Your refrigerator has a defrost drain blockage behind the evaporator in your your fresh food compartment. Some models like yours have 2 evaporators. I recommend that you unplug and remove the cover to the evaporator and check the defrost condensate tray below the evaporator. A wet vacuum cleaner and poring a solution in the drain will help you locate the leak and where. I do have the manual on yours and can help you solve this. Let me know, Sea Breeze

SOURCE: samsung refrigerator freezer not freezing

I just returned the same fridge to Lowe's where I bought it using the warranty for the same problem. The temperature sensors went out, and everyone said the computer board needed to be replaced but no one could seem to get it together enough to order us one. Month later we are getting a new fridge.

SOURCE: Samsun RS265LA Water is under crisper drawer

Sounds like the typical defrost condensate line is stopped up and every time your refrigerator goes into defrost instead of water following the drain tube to the pan below your refrigerator where warm air blows over the water and returns it back into the air inside your home. This is a common problem that happens. Sometimes just the refrigerator leaning to left or right will begin the problem. Other times the tube gets backed up because of slime an crud and begins slowing the drain flow down to the point it backs up and spills over into freezer or fresh food compartment. Every refrigerator is a little different so click here=> REPAIR OF LEAKING REFRIGERATORS and scroll down to near bottom of page. Read and watch the You Tube movie clip and other material and if you have more questions ask. You may need to remove the rear panel in back of the freezer compartment or if your brand has dual evaporators you may need to go into the rear of the fresh food compartment. Not every Samsung has dual evaporators. here is your Service Manual=> RS265LA It does appear that you have two evaporators on your model. Look this may take a wet and dry vacuum and Clorox with warm water and once the drain is cleared you will not need to do this often. On page 17 is a view of the two evaporators. Watch the movie at the link above and it will be so much easier. Contact me if you run into problems. If need you may contact me here on Fixya or my Forum=> Appliance 911 My contact information is located above the Fixya Ad on my blog here=> Sea Breeze Appliance Parts and Technical Services, www.pcappliancerepair.com

SOURCE: My SAMSUNG RF26VABWP WATER UNDER CRISPER DRAWERS

Your evaporator coils frost up in normal use and every eight hours or so the entire unit shuts down and the defrost heater comes on to melt the frost. This cycle last about 20 minutes. The melted frost drips into a drain pan and through a drain tube to the drain tray under the freezer/refrigerator where it's evaporated by the condenser fan.

Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it. Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing it out with hot water and clorox may help.
Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer. If this repeatedly happens with yours, you may can prevent it by taking a bare copper wire and wrap it around a fin near the heater and put the other end a few inches down the drain. The heat convection may prevent it from freezing.

There is a drain, usually at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment. Pull out the bottom two drawers and see if there is a drain. It is usually in the very back of the inside compartment. Make sure it is not clogged. Usually, this is the problem.

Frozen Veggies in Crisper Drawers and Water under Drawers

water under the crisper doors is pretty common, all you have to do is raise the front legs of the refrigerator, Refrigerators have a heater in them that keep everything from freezing, if it wasnt for the heater then it would just be a freezer, now alot of these samsungs have 2 evaps, so if you get a warm fridge, its prob. because a sensor is out or the heater is out and there is ice buildup inside the unit preventing either the fan from turning, or just blocking air flow, but for the water, just raise the front legs and there is a drain in the back that it will go into from now on
