google ophcrack and download a live cd for the specific OS you have, burn the ISO file to a cd(with a program like nero or roxio) put disk into the thinkpad and turn on the lappy, follow the steps and you will within 5 min have your password and username ;)

I found a manual for Android 4.2 for a different tablet (a PiPO Max-M6 tablet) which I've never heard of, but has many similarities to the iRulu AX105. The manual has been useful to me.
