Re: hand wheel won't turn and machine won't work
Sewing machine has been run at a low speed for an extended period of time.
To prevent overheating, motor power is automatically turned off.
Turn power off and wait about 20 minutes. Safety device will reset, and machine will be ready to operate, If this by chance doesn't work, Here is a diagram of a typical sewing machine. This fuse should be in the back next to the power box or motor

Install a new needle. There could be something wrong with the needle (sometimes they are defective out of the package). Also, check that it is installed facing the correct direction and that it is pushed all the way up. Also be sure that you are using the right needle for your machine.
Rethread! Your lose looper has a "hidden" eye all the way to the left. You will find task easy with serger looper tweezers and serger looper Threader; however, if you turn hand wheel to the left, the lower looper will slide in that direction. Now you will see that "hidden" hole now. It takes practice, but you can still thread it without the extra tools!
Hope this helps and if it does, I will get point for if you give me rating since I offer my time free to help others.
The original manual is out of print and all that is available now is photocopies and they cost about $15. Let me know if you still need it and your zip code so that I would know how much postage would be.
