I'm sorry to say this, but you should have opted for the Just5cell phone. Both are easy phones and are known as great cell phones forseniors. But unlike your Doro, my mother never had a hard time with the Just5cell phone. She never encountered any problem with it from the time she boughtit. I hope you would be able to solve your problem soon.
