Can I use chemical hand warmers inside my shoes to keep my feet warm?

You can try to get them to fit, but you could also just use heated insoles that come with adhesive. I would personally recommend HotHands.

Your best bet is to avoid those chemical hand warmers completely. I think your best bet is to pick up a Zippo hand warmer, which lasts for up to 12 hours. It definitely kept me warm on my last hunting trip. Plus, you can refill it with lighter fluid when it runs out.
