If you dropped it the wrong way you loostened the internals. It looks like the connections to the screen are either loose or damaged...If it is new, bring it back...if it is old be prepared to buy a new one! They are very difficult to repair!

If you've attempted to charge it, attempted to use a new battery in it, you need to take it in to a Sprint store. They will be able to replace it for you.
