Screen on Bryant thermostat is blank---Batteries?

Heidi, all thermostats that I am familiar with require AAA, AA or nine volt batteries and are accessed usually be separating the thermostat from the sub-base. Some older stats have a 'ribbon' connector that maintains connection during removal, but most of the newer stats have 'pin' connectors. Put new batteries in the thermostat. Make sure that the switch that power the furnace is in the "on" position. Sometimes people mistake that switch for a light switch and turn it off.

Instructions
  1. 1 Unlock a partially locked screen by pressing any locked key, which will bring up the "Screen Locked" message. Next press an unlocked key, which will likely be the temperature up and down arrow keys. This will unlock the screen.
  2. 2 Press the "System" key from the home screen. Five blank touch keys, flanked by the "Done" and "Cancel" keys, will appear. Hold down the middle key for about five seconds. The Advanced Settings menu should come up.
  3. 3 Change the User Setup Number, found in the bottom left of the screen, by pressing the middle arrow keys up or down. Set the number to "0670," the universal unlock code.
  4. 4 Turn to the arrow keys on the right side of the screen. Press the keys up or down to change your options. Selecting the number "0" will unlock the screen, while choosing "1" will partially lock it. You can fully lock your screen again by selecting.

Replaced Bryant T-stat model TSTATBBNB001 with Honeywell t-stat

Your original wiring configuration seems to indicate that you have an air conditioner (not heat pump) and either a gas or electric furnace. If this is the case you may need a different thermostat for your application.

Bryant programmable thermostat will switch on furnace

Turn the power off to the Air handler unit.
Remove the thermostat from the wall, (Just the face part).
Look on the back side of the thermostat and verify that the jumpers are set to electric and not gas, otherwise the fan will not run during heat mode, they come from the factory usually set for gas.
If this is a electric heater this will solve your problem, If it is gas then it will be more detailed. Once you put it back on keep in mind that most thermostats have a 3-5 minute delay so just give it a little time and the fan should then work once you have the jumpers in the correct position.
