Question about HP Pavilion dv1000 Notebook
I have tried to turn my laptop on but in the past to days is not showing anything on its screen and it seems not to be booting. I have made sure the battery is fully charged but that does not seem to be the problem. The lights on the keyboard come on and then start flashing on regular intervals with blank (black) screen. I do not know what to do. Can you please advise?
I don'tmknow if Compaq is doing things different for you guys across the pond, but if you got to compaq;s website you will find a list of models with the same problems. They are offering
a one time fix, free of charge on these models. ( My wife's just came back, they replaced the Mother board.] They are doing this even if out of warranty. Good Luck
