Hello, It would be almost impossible to have several batteries that were all bad !!! sounds like a serious problem with the camera and not the batteries.

Here are the steps:
1. Make sure you will install a new or fully charged battery/batteries into your camera.
2. Clean the battery contacts.
a. Remove the battery/batteries and the memory card from your camera, then wipe the battery contacts with a soft, clean cloth.
b. Reinstall the battery/batteries into your camera
3. Without the memory card, turn on your camera.
4. Pls test with an alt. batt.
If you do not have access to a dif. battery.
Pls. take the batt out of the camera. Insert the charger into the unit from the main socket and turn the camera on. If the camera works you will need to replace the batt. If not you will need to order a No power repair.

Hello, Is the battery in the camera or in the charger ?? Don't quite understand the question. You wrote "received correct wall charger AC/DC ?" was that a question concerning the new charger ? it sounds like your not quite sure about the charger.

Cant charge batteries for camera

If you are talking about more than one battery, it is the charger. If just one, check using a couple of piece of wire and a torch bulb to see if the charger works by connecting them to the terminals. This is a bit gash, it would be best if you know someone with an electrical tester

I put away my Kodak z1015 camera with a battery in it. Didn't use it for months. Now I cannot remove the battery. I know how to do it, it just won't come out. I don't have the wire to...

I've just had a look at the instructions, you can download from here if you need them:-

According to the set up page, there's a small lug which keeps the battery in place, can this be pressed back with your thumb nail and if so does it release the battery?

Can you get the battery to rock back and forth?

If not, then something has gooed it into place, I can only suggest either tweezers, thin nosed pliers or even, a narrow / flat bladed knife to just slide down the side of the battery (not too far) an just try to prise it loose.

It wont turn on ,it is charged , went on yesterday ?????

The problem you describe is frequently due to corrosion on the battery contacts inside the camera. Remove the batteries and wipe the inside contacts firmly with a dry cloth (heavy corrosion may require cleaning with a wire brush, steel wool, or sandpaper). Remove any residue that may have fallen into the battery compartment during cleaning, then wipe the ends of the batteries and replace them in the camera. This clears up the problem about 90% of the time -- I hope it works for you.
