Question about Nokia 6288 Cellular Phone
My phone is unable to connect to the pc even though I have installed the pc suite. However, my brother's hp is able to connect. My cable type is CA-53.
One of the most famous cause for this is, in your PC Suite, click the Nokia Connection Manager and make sure the "USB (DKU-2, CA-53, DKE-2)" is checked. If this still does not work, do the following: 1. Uninstall PC Suite and the USB drivers using a 3rd party utility such as "Your Uninstaller Pro". 2. Re-install PC suite and the USB drivers.
