Question about Sharp Viewcam VL-AH151U Camcorder
Assuming the record tab is in the correct position, download the manual for the VL-AH150U, very close to the 151U.
Page 10 of the manual shows the normal reasons for the "eject cassette" message. If not, I would call Sharp support at
1-800-BE-SHARP (237-4277) for referral to a local repair center.

Had the same problem, when I removed the cassette I saw a small lever in the center of the cassette. it was stuck. after moving it with a pen tip, I reinserted it into the camera and it has been working ever since. if you are worried about damaging your camera, then simply insert a new cassette and see if it works. it took a time or two before the camera reset itself. so if it doesn't work the first time, remove the cassette and insert it again. ( with new tape or old one )
