Hi samuel

You said connections are good. Once check at both speakers and amp side for perfect contact or remove existing wiring for those speakers and re-fix. Also check for the levels individually in your HTS, also the mode you are currently in.

Sometimes it works and sometime it's not working

Must see if this can be a loose connection inthe amplifier. this can happen due to constant vibration .So open and check the power supply and the output drive of the amplifier.
Check on speaker connections, use a good soldering irron to do the job on suspected areas/

Our two left speakers, front and rear will not

Check the connection on the back of the receiver. Check the balance setting, make sure that it's in the middle. Try another mode like stereo, you should hear left and right front only. Also, if your receiver has an on screen menu, check the dB levels for the front and rear left speakers. Good luck!

Why is my dvr 6300 sound goes and comes

One mistake many peoples make when it come to surround sound is that they don't hook up the right pole from receiver to speakers. Every receiver is very sensitive when it come to connecting the speakers correctly. make sure their are some kind of marking on the wires letting you know that is the positive line and no marking would be negative. hooking the wrong pole can short circuit the unit or burn it out quickly or work poorly. check your speakers connection making sure it has a good connection. check your rca jacks making sure they are good rca jacks connect to and from your systems. First I would check the wires making sure speakers connected to the wright pole from and to receiver, second check all the jacks making sure they are all good. Bad or blown speakers will also cause the rattling noise. test each speaker by using one good out put channel and swapping each speaker making sure they are not blown this way you can eliminate the speakers are bad or good. If everything check out than your receiver is defective, actually local electronic repair shop can test the unit if its out of the warranty.

Center speaker no longer works

Wiggle the connection that the center one is plugged to. It starts static or playing then the internal connection is broke loose from the solder joint.

Plug another speaker to that connection. If it plays then the speaker is blown.
