SOURCE: I have a Hayward HD100ID

Since this heater was only purchased last year, if it is faulty they should cover it under warrantee. If you call Hayward technical support they should be able to help you figure out what the next step is. I hope this helps.

It sounds like the thermostat is turning the heater off before it gets the water to temperature. It is probably the sensor, as that is the most common cause, but may be otherwise.

I have a Hayward H250 that wont ignite. When I set mode to to pool the blower comes on but nothing kicks in. then i get an error code of AO.

ErrorAO means BlowerVacuum Switch Open. If the blower prover switch does notclose after the blower starts the control will stop the ignition trial go intolockout. The blower will continue to run. Automatic reset is immediate afterthe switch closes. So you need to check this.

Igniter not working when heater is turned on

Air pressure sensor on the blower blocked or damaged and not reading the fan is on. Control board not sending spark down to the ignitor. Check the short grey tube off the blower first. If clearing it works, great. If not, you'll likely need a warranty service call. http://www.haywardnet.com/locator/

Hayward Spa Heater H100ID blower will not stay on.

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be the solder connections on the control module. The connector that is soldered to this board (comes from the gas valve) needed to be re-soldered.
