Question about Kenmore Microwave Ovens
It's a great oven and was working fine before us removing it. We did not drop it or jar it much moving it but we did have some difficulty getting the vent off. Set on the countertop the lights come on and the menu seems to work. I set the cook time then push start, it sounds like it's working but one or two seconds later the F7 error shows up in the display. Looked for a switch or sensor on the wall mount but couldn't find one. Does the f7 error mean the oven is broken?

SOURCE: Microwave doesn't work
Sounds like you have a faulty control panel. I would use a meter and test the power from the control board to the magnetron and circuit board. Chances are the control panel is faulty
