My 76 csx has lost my downloaded maps a couple of times while I am out on trail.NOT good. Now I cant even upload new maps to gps from computer. It crashes (tells me that it was unable to finish) even when I minimize the amount of information I am trying to send. I think I should try a master reset. How do I do that on a 76csx and is there a reason I should be concerned about doing a master reset

hello i need map for my garmin nuvi 1350 for Middle east pls pls help me if you ... hey can you sent me a link for a USA garmin map update?
Sorry for late reply. You need to select an area on your topo map prior to downloading it. For example, if you plan to go to Algonquin Bice Lake (access point 4), then you need to select the map around the area (starting from) Kearney upto the Magnetawan Lake and beyond. Mark waypoints from the put-in to the campsite on Bice Lake (best to compare of the topo and Algonquin canoeing map). Then you can click Transfer, click Send to Device (GPS 76cs should appear) to download it. On the GPS, enter the Find Waypoint button and you should be able to see those waypoints. Good luck for your next trip.
Your problem is explained on following site: www.roaminggecko.com good luck.
Briefly it has something to do with shutting the unit off while it was
