Basically it is a secure wireless connection that can be setup between 2 compatible wireless devices. There are some wireless routers around that will have an AOSS button on them. You simply press this button and set your games console to use AOSS and they will link automatically. Unless your router has AOSS you will not be able to use this function so standard wireless with a WEP key should be used.
The AOSS button as for as I know is only on the Buffalo brand routers
HERE is the link to the Buffalo website explaining the AOSS feature so your Linksys router will NOT have an AOSS button at all
Buffalo Solution The AirStation OneTouch Secure System (AOSS™). With AOSS, users can
set up the securest wireless network possible, easily and quickly. AOSS
automatically detects and configures other AOSS enabled wireless
devices and clients and seamlessly negotiates the most secure
connection possible between your wireless devices.
You should find the aoss button near the power on/off button. Older PSP models dont have aoss button in which case you need to set it up with the router.

I think there is no AOSS button on your PSP. AOSS is a wireless solution made by www.buffalotech.com. Most new wireless routers/access points has this capability. AOSS is on the wireless router/access point and not on the PSP.
AOSS will automagically

To set up Wireless correct? Well apparently there is none and you have to set up the wireless connection manually, you do this by going into your network settings. This is where you set up your network options.
