There may also be a breaker close to the tub and a reset button inside of the unit. I would begin by opening up the base and looking for a reset button. good luck

How do I remove the handle for this Kohler R780-VS faucet? I have already removed the screw that I thought was holding it in but it won't come off.

For some of these faucets, removal of the allen set screw is only the beginning of the process. The handle may be stuck on the stem and if a handle remover can't be used (yes, there is such a tool!), it will take some gentle persuasion by tapping with a SOFT mallet and wiggling to get results.

I have a 1980 kohler jacauzzi tub with 6 jets. Looking through the access cover, at the end of the tub, I can see water dripping from some of the jets. Can I fix this without tearing out the walls around...

no not really the only way to fix it right is to open up the walls. this is a common problem with these units, the best thing you can do is contact the manufacture who made it and ask them what to do.

Need wiring diagram for kohler 12.5 engine and

A FREE download of the entire Kohler Service Manual for your engine is available as of 1-29-2010 on the net in the form of a pdf. I don't know how long it will remain available but as of today you can still download it allowing you to reference the area of your concern using the address; www.asberry.net/files/TP-2339-D.pdf. This pdf contains the entire Service manual for your engine. However, it is 147 pages long and if you don’t start with at least a half full cartridge it may drain your black ink cartridge. I downloaded this Service Manual for my Kohler 12.5 engine to help me fix a charging problem and it was a bargain because the download was FREE except for the ink and 147 pages of paper.

Water running off and on and comes out from top piece.

you unfortunately need a new fill valve. I say unfortunately because they are expensive, (about $120), for that model and not everywhere sells them. It it was a "regular" toilet, the part would be a any home store and cost about $10. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. How old is the toilet? You may consider replacing the whole thing.

On my newly purchased laptop

You need to look at the properties of your wireless card. 'what you need to know is if it is set for DHCP or static ip, this info will be in:
Control Panel>Network>"wireless card">properites>tcpip or tcpip v4
You need to set this to DHCP. Now if your home router is set to assign an IP, when you restart your computer it will ask your router for it's IP information, this will set up all the properties needed to access the router.

I setup some pictures to help you through this process at:

Please let me know if this helps...

Can't change the toilet seat that broke on kohler rialto

If your problem is like mine your toilet seat is loose and swivels when you sit on it. If you try to tighten down the screw it won't tighten. Use instructions above to remove old hardware.

To fix with new hardware

Purchase Hilti brand 3/16" x 2-1/2" Toggler Brand Toggle Bolt (Home Depot sells the kit). Kit comes with 10. You will only need 2. My last repair lasted about 8 years (with new kit = 40 years left or the purchase of a new toilet - whichever comes first). Set comes with 3/16 flat head screws. I recommend purchasing 3/16" 2" round head screws with matching flat washers. Sink Metal Toggler into hole with toggler pointing straight up (it's attached by long plastic legs). As it goes in the hole it opens up. Pull up on the plastic pull rings as tight as you can until the toggler is tight up against the inner porcelain of the bowl (similar to tightening cable ties). Line the seat up with the holes and it's new plastic adapter (that won't slip into the hole courtesy of Hilti). Slide washer underneath round head screw but on top of toilet seat assembly and screw directly into the newly installed toggler which is sunk in bowl/abyss receptacle. Repair should take around 5 minutes.
