I found some thing maybe do for you it may not be rhe right code you have at this moment but it come in handy for you.

31,004.40:6909: it's a mechanical initialization jam error. Pull out the paper tray to make sure it doesn't have a jam. Try also to manually feed some heavy paper or card stock through the printer to make sure the sensor in the preheater isn't stuck.

39,002.40 : DRAM test failure.

39,012.40:56208: "Cycle the power" and if that does not work replace the document feeder.

39,012.41: Document Feeder Optical Failure. Replace the document feeder.

4,0XX.6x: Process Control Software Fault.

· Reset NVRAM and then retest.
· Ensure ground integrity for the system
· Replace the EEPROM chip.
· Reboot the system.
· From the System Setup menu, go to "Information", "Troubleshooting"
· Service Tools menu.
· With the cursor at the top of the Service Tools menu, press both the Up Arrow
· and Down Arrow buttons to display the Hidden Service menu.
· Reset NVRAM is in there.

Solution 1:

a. Reset NVRAM and then retest.
b. Ensure ground integrity for the system.
c. Replace the EEPROM chip.
d. Reboot the system.

1. From the System Setup menu, go to Information --> Troubleshooting -->
Service Tools menu.
2. With the cursor at the top of the Service Tools menu, press both the Up Arrow and Down Arrow buttons to display the Hidden Service menu.
3. Reset NVRAM is in there


Solution 2:

1. Turn the system power ON.
2. Wait for the Xerox logo to begin moving across the display.
3. Before the logo is centered on the display, press and hold the Back and Info buttons on the control panel.
4. Hold both buttons until the display reads “Beginning Service Mode Initialization”. Release the buttons and the system reboots into service mode with the Service Diagnostics menu displayed. Give this a try (From Xerox Support):

  1. Press the [Administration] button located above the numeric keypad on the Control Panel. The Administration button has a wrench symbol located above it. The Access screen will be displayed.
  2. Select [Tools] on the Touch Screen. The Tools Access Number screen will be displayed.
  3. Enter your password using the numeric keypad.

    NOTE: If you do not know the password, contact your administrator. The initial password at machine install is 11111.

    If the administrator encounters a problem with changing or remembering the machine password, a service call must be placed.

  4. Select [Enter] on the Touch Screen. The Tools screen will be displayed.
  5. Select [System Image Quality]. The System Image Quality screen will be displayed.
  6. Select [Image Recognition]. The Image Recognition screen will be displayed.
  7. Select [Auto Color Recognition] from the list of items under the Functions column.
  8. Select [Change Settings]. The Auto Color Recognition screen will be displayed.
  9. Select the appropriate level of Auto Color Recognition from the list.

    NOTE: When [Black and White] or [Black and White +] are selected black and white will be more readily detected. When [Color] is selected full color will be more readily detected.

    The available levels are:
    • [Black & White +]
    • [Black & White]
    • [Normal]
    • [Color]
    • [Color +]
  10. Select [Save].
  11. Select [Close] three times to exit Tools and return to the default copy screen.

Print heads need deep cleaning. If not ink jet, then the drum is damaged (scratched) and needs to be replaced to eliminate the bogus lines.

Xerox 5755 prinnt quality low i mean print is light very tryng but print is a not set


That is a business quality, network, workstation. You would be advised to have it professionally serviced once a year.

If you want to try and do some work your self, all the documentation on it is here. The only thing I would suggest is taking the toner cartridge out and tapping it sharply whilst rotating it laterally. Sometimes the toner can cake and not fall down to the developer roller. There is software on the site too.

Xerox 5765 display does not work still on green color

1) On a USB drive create a folder named "altboot"

2) copy unzipped file from above link (.dlm) into folder

3)insert USB into rear port and power on machine

4) remove USB when prompted and press '0'

5) S/W load is complete when config page and upgrade sheet prints.

You will lose any scan to file and email settings and will need to reconfigure. You may also need to change TCP/IP.

Well, since the drum is a consumable, most of the copies is running life span counter. When the drum reached the life span, the message will pop out. Well, if the print out still ok, just ignore it.

You it is necessary to return the code of the manager, or apply to service centre, such information to you nobody will not give and no such code, which you have found in internet. This problem to me known. This only service centre, they do not divulge such information
