the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Pc restarts using wifi

Go into "Safe Mode" and un-install the WiFi drivers. Then remove the drivers completely using a program such as CCleaner. when you have done this. try and re- install the WiFi drivers from a known good source. if the problem persists you would seem to have a WLAN hardware problem. You could use DriverPack Solutions for your drivers. But I would suggest installing them with the computer in "Safe Mode".

My built in web cam wont work on my Packard Bell EasyNote TE11HC

You probably need to re download the drivers for the webcam.
Go to Packard bell website and look for the model of your computer
and download the drivers.
Note: You don't need Norton it's a waste of money and not very protective.

I use Superantispyware and Avast both free and I'm an IT support specialist.

HI, Packard Bell Easynote L4, switches off after 5 seconds

no..this is a motherboard issue. if the power won't stay on, even without a battery, then it's the m/b..replacement is a bit dicey, but not impossible. The hard drive with data should be fine.

WIRELESS BUTTON

Somewhere on the laptop should be a button to switch wifi on and off. Most time near the volume controls...
Have you put that one on?
