Question about LG WM-2032H Front Load Washer

OE error My washer will no longer drain. We opened the filter to find a plastic bag and the small drain hose was glogged with 'silt'. Both have been cleaned but the machine still won't drain. Is there something else I should check before assuming I burned up the pump motor and need to shell out the big bucks? I have removed the small silver panel in the back but it doesn't give me access to much so I don't know where to look next. Thanks in advance.

My washer will not drain. The filter has been cleaned. I have removed the small silver panel in the back but it doesn't give me access to much so I don't know where to look next. When I'm at the back of the machine, there is a clicking sound at the front right bottom, but I can't get to anything to see if there is something stuck, or whether it is a more serious problem. Is there a way to remove the front or side panel for easier access? Any advice provided would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same WM2077CW and have taken the unit outside and place a hose in the drain line, and in the area where the basket filter is and blew out sand and silt, hoping that would fix it...but still have a hum noise at the spin cycle????
Any suggestions on this?

Check out the hose coming down to the filter from the tub, could be a block there. Be prepared to expect water coming out.......

I'm getting an OE code on my LG washer and I have cleaned the hose and filter and that is not working, I can hear that the water is not draining throgh the hose in the back, What can I do?

The OE as you know is a drain error.
IE: Water level (246) was not reached in 8 minutes
UE: Imbalance: Load too, small too large
OE: Drain problem took longer than 10 minutes to drain
FE: Overflow issue drain pump running to comp
PE: pressure sensor (sensor out)
dE: door error. open door. switch is out
LE (with a a slash in the
middle of L. Upside down F) Thermistor out
CE: Over amping Too much soap wrong soap
LE: hall sensor shorted/destroyed from sudslock
bE: Ball sensor loose connection/out of order
EE: eeprom out test mode only
PF: power failure momentary interruption of shocktricity
You probably gonna need to get into that puppy and take the pump apart for the cleaning.

I have service manuals for LG HERE

Tip

Filter clear, but won't pump out. DE error code. OE error code.

If you have the "OE" error code, which is really a "DE" (drain error) code, and you have checked the filter and it is clear, then most likely the impeller has come off the pump motor shaft. You can disassemble and push it back on, but it will come off again. I don't know if some type of adhesive would work, but I just replace the pump motor.
Drain water from small drain hose (or by removing filter) Remove the screw in the plastic recess by the filter, then use a putty knife on the left or right side to pop out the recess. Remove two more screws holding pump body to front frame of washer. Pull washer about 18 inches away from wall and tilt it back to lean against wall. You can reach through the large hole in the bottom of the washer base to access the pump. There is a plastic locking tab holding the pump body to the plastic washer base, but don't worry if you break that, as the screws (removed earlier) will hold the pump back on just fine. Pump motor is held onto pump body with three more screws. Replace pump motor with a new one and reassemble. On a difficulty scale of 1 -10, this one might rate a 5.5 or a 6.

Error message oe. and will not spin.

Actually, that is not oe, it is DE, which stands for Drain Error. Check the filter behind the access door on the lower left front of the washer. You should be able to drain the water out using the small hose there first before opening the filter. If there is nothing in the filter, you will have to replace the drain pump motor.

Lg tromm front loader washer wm0532hw shows oe error

that's draining error. check the filter cleanout behind lower left panel on front of machine; of course drain 1st via small drain hose. if thats o.k the drain pump itself may be jammed with debris or the drain hose could be clogged.

OE error code?

That's actually a DE error code. (Drain Error) Open the access panel at the lower left on the front of the machine and use the small hose to drain out remaining water from machine. Now, unscrew the big knob just to the right of the hose and remove and clean out the filter. If nothing was in the filter, you might need a new pump motor instead.

What does the flashing OE mean? My washer is flashing OE and the water will not drain after the cycle.

OE means the drain hose is clogged. UE means unbalanced or overloaded. This is decribed in the owner's manual page 31-32. Pull the hose from the back of machine and rinse it out. Then, check the lint filter on the bottom, front left side. Put drain hose back and close lint filter. Unplug the machine, press and hold the start button for 10 seconds to reset machine computer (not the on button...leave machine turned off and unplugged while resetting computer) plug back in, put on no spin and start the machine. It should drain.

My washing machine showing an OE error before end of cycle

OE error is noyhing but an Outlet Error.. OE simply means “the pump is blocked”. Clean and straighten the drain hose / clean the drain filter. Check the hoses (drain hose) and the pump filter but if it didn't cure the problem then turn the thing upside down and strip the pump out of it check if anything is caught in the impellor.. if so remove it and everything will be fine..

OE error

First, open the small access door at the lower left on the front of the machine. Use the small hose to drain the remaining water out of the machine. Then, unscrew the big knob to remove the filter and clean out any obstructions there. If you have the "OE" error code, which is really a "DE" (drain error) code, and you have checked the filter and it is clear, then most likely the impeller has come off the pump motor shaft. Error code oe

That's not OE, that's DE = Drain Error. Open the access door at the lower left on front of the machine. Use the small hose to drain the remaining water out of the machine, then open the large knob which is attached to the filter. If there is nothing in the filter, you may have an object which made it past the filter and is blocking the pump impeller, or the impeller may have come off the pump motor shaft, which would require pump motor replacement.

Lg washer serial # 308kw00211

That OE is really DE (drain error). Open the access door at the lower left on the front of the washer. Drain remaining water using the small hose. (at least if it is not plugged) Unscrew and remove the large knob. Clean out filter. If filter was clean, you may need a new pump motor, or something may have made it past the filter and is jamming the pump impeller. You can remove the pump without taking the front off the machine. Do an "Ask Me" if you need to do that, and I'll give you further advise.
