SOURCE: Run 112 code on a millermatic 252 what does it

Run 112 is the Run In percentage setting.. wire feed speed ratio to diameter of wire being used.

The unit comes from the factory with a preset run-in speed of 100% . Run in speed is determined by wire size (dia). The regular setting is 100% set at the factory..which evidently will accommodate most wire sizes for the average user.

New welder, only fed wire a couple times now it wont work

the noise you hear is the relay for the wire feed,it means that your tension on the wire needs to be set, tighten it if it is too loose and loosen it if the roller on the feed is moving but the wire is not, also, make sure the wire moves easily in the handle, always keep your cords straight so they dont bind.

Can I run a millermatic 252 mig welder off of a ranger 305 g auxillary power outlet?

not sure what a ranger 305g is but a mig welder of that size would require an output of at least 10kva from a generator maybe more due to the start up current

My nuvi wont stop asking me to push the dot

Hello,

Try performing a soft reset on the unit.
Resetting Your nüvi
If your unit stops responding, turn off the unit, and then turn it back on. If this does not help, perform a reset using the reset button on the bottom of the unit.
Caution: Do not reset your nüvi with a ballpoint pen or other sharp object, which can damage your unit.
1. Disconnect the nüvi from external power.
2. Press the Reset button on the bottom of the nüvi.
3. Connect the nüvi to a power source.

A hard reset can also be done but will erase all the user data.
This is done by with the unit off and pressing and holding the bottom right hand corner of the screen while turning the unit on.

Also try running the Garmin WebUpdater and reload the latest update again.

. Hello! I have a millermatic 251 and a 252,

Flux core wires will run on reverse polarity (gorund +), for solid core wires you need straight polarity (ground clamp at negative ). That will take care of the problem.
