Most models can be used until the child is 30 pounds or 2 years, whichever comes first.

How can I repurpose the changing table I no longer need.

When my kids outgrew the changing table, we simply removed the changing pad and used it as a dresser to store their clothes, which didn't cost a cent!

Update a record and save it in two or more tables.

First, make sure that the tables that you are using have some sort of Primary Key so that the correct records can be linked.

Next, choose 'Tools' -> 'Relationships' from the top menu.

Add the tables for which you want to link together. Drag the correct field from one table to the next table. A popup window should appear.

In the window that appears, choose the 'Enforce Referential Integrity' and 'Cascade Update Related Records' options.

Now, whenever you change the field in one of those tables, the corresponding filed in the other table should change as well.

What equipment do you need to use your diaper changing table? I bought a brand new changing table for my new baby but feel like I don't know what to do with it.

Don't worry, there's no right way to use a changing table. The important thing is to make sure you have all the right stuff with you before you start changing your baby's diaper as you can't leave them unattended half way through to go and get something. Check out this YouTube video that gives a detailed but easy to follow guide to changing tables.

Has anyone seen a diaper changing table that comes with a hamper contained within it? I don't want lots of separate things all over the nursery.

Yes you can get hampers that are built into the diaper changing table. I saw quite a few when I was doing research for my baby. Here's a link to a white one on the Target site that looks pretty compact. http://www.target.com/p/badger-basket-modern-changing-table-with-hamper-white/-/A-13849996

How much would a wooden changing table cost me? I'm having a baby next month but don't have much to spend.

If you're tight for money you don't have to buy a changing table. You can always buy a changing mat and use it on your bed, the couch or the floor. But if you really want to buy one, check out the toysrus page. They have changing tables for around $160 upwards http://www.toysrus.com/family/index.jsp?categoryId=2256272

My neighbor offered me a changing table but I don't really know what it is?

A changing table is usually a set of drawers that have a flat surface on the top where you can put your baby for diaper changes. They look like this:

I noticed that most changing tables are made out of wood, why is that? What's wrong with metal?

Of course, nothing is wrong with metal, but I think thatwooden furniture gives an impression of softer look, that matches the feelingsparents have towards a new baby. If your search the internet for "Metal ChangingTables" you will find many types.

I'm looking for a folding changing table

There are 2 typs of folding tables: the ones that can be folded against the wall and the ones made mostly from fabric and are folded in the middle. There are so many types of them. You can try theses 2 links:

What is the minimum size of a changing table?

There are no minimum sizes. Changing tables come in all shapes, heights and sizes and it is up to you. You should try matching the table to your size especially if you are very tall or short. It also depends on how big is your baby's room, don't take a huge table if the room is small. I think the average sizes should be: 47" x 20" x 41"
