Forgot my wireles router key need to connect laptop to existing setup

Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link. http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.15.1 or http://192.168.2.1 If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it. Then it ask for user name and password. Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank. Then you can see configuration page of router. If you are still not able to access router with above ip then you need to RESET it for that press RESET button for 10 seconds it is in back side of router then all settings defaults..Then you can access it with above method. . Then click on wireless->wireless security->WEP security there is code password note down it or enter new password then save setting s and restart router. then you can connect wireless with new password. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.

I have used trutech/camarades webcam for years its version 2.2 which is the best version. When i try to open the program i'm getting an access violation.

I need more info... What is the operating system installed on your computer?

Have you every run Windows update recently?

Is this the first time you install this software?

Give me the brief description about your system's configuration.

There must be some error code/s with the "Access violation/denied...." if so, give me the full error message, there are several similar errors with similar codes, but the fixes and diagnostic measures are different...
Thanks...

Network issue

Hello

This is an unusual error. Error Code 1236 - The network connection was aborted by the local system.

There is no single issue that causes this error code, so we need to verify all of the networking basics are covered and working.

1. Verify the IP address, Subnet Mask and Default Gateway are fully entered and / or populated by the DHCP server. Click START, then RUN, type in CMD then click the OK button. Type IPCONFIG /ALL - verify the three fields all have valid info for your network.

2. Verify you can see the local network - including other computers and network devices. This will rule out the possibliity that this computer cannot see any network devices and not just the shared folders

3. Log the user out and have another user that can access the shared folders log into this comptuer and try to access the shares. The user profile could be corrupted and preventing the user from accessing the shared folders. IF the new user cannot access the shared folders, then it is the PC / OS causing the issue. IF they can access the shared folders, backup the original user's data, delete their profile and have them log in again to create a new profile.

It is always recommended to upgrade Windows XP to Service Pack 3 - unless you have a very specific program that will not run on SP3.

1. Access: http://support.microsoft.com
and search for that error-code.

2. Microsoft offers _FREE_ telephone-support for all "security-update" problems. Call them.

Anti-hacking code

Hi noxiney,
Most hackers gain access to others computer through open ports, this way a hacker can't be detected by any antivirus or firewall software. While the hacker is undercover inside your computer theres almost nothing you can do, because you think theres no problem with your PC. Also consider that hackers are experts when covering their tracks, this would make difficult to know from where this intruder comes.
The anti-hacking code would have to track the hackers Ip address and then hack the hacker's PC and trigger the shutdown routine. Let's say that the anti-hacking code can track the hacker's real Ip (which is very difficult considering that the hacker is covering his tracks and showing fake Ip), when the code reaches the hacker's PC it has to get inside and order the operating system to shut down (in less words, hack the hacker).
This is a very difficult thing to make and demands high knowledge not only of the TCP and UDP protocol but knowledge of the other's computer.
Concluding, it is possible to program many softwares that one can use to gather information about the intruder's PC and manage a way to shut down the hacker's PC before he/she shuts down yours. It does not exists a code which automatically shuts down a hacker's PC.
