Hitachi projection ultravion 60 " tv model # 60SX10B/11K apprx. 1996 model. Tv started out turning itself off & making a loud clicking noise. You could turn it back on in a few minutes, but it would eventually turn itself back off. Now it won't come on at all, but you can still here the clicking noise when you push the ON button. . My husband checked the fuses, & said they are fine. Any idea as to what is wrong?

Playing video games on projection TV's is a very bad idea. It can cause damage to the picture tubes ("pattern burn"). Most projection TV manuals and video game manuals specifically mention you should not do this. Your husband is right.
