Repair manual for mcculloch B320 blower

I dont know how to position the two little plastic hoses going from carburetor to fuel tank. I also dont know how to adjust the 2 air fuel mixture screws. I have low power and lean mixture at all speeds.. Thats why I need a repair manual. But if anyone can give me some tips on my problems, perhaps i can solve problem without manual Thanks Frank

The hose with the filter in the tank is the pick up, the other is return. the pick up is usualy goes towards the middle pipe on the carby. if you get them around the wrong way it wont pick of fuel..

Screw the mixtures in untill they just bottom and screw them out 1 to 1.5 turns start up set low mix untill its just "four stroking" the set the high.

Hi cmiller290...

The hose in the tank with the filter on the end connects directly to the carburetor input connection.

When the saw is equipped with a primer bulb, an output line from the carburetor connects to the suction side of the primer (once the bulb is collapsed it draws fuel from the tank through the carburetor to refill as it inflates).

The pressure side of the primer returns displaced fuel to the tank as it is depressed.

My McCulloch Eager ****** 2014 chainsaw will start and run for 3-4 seconds then shuts off. What steps should I take to fix this problem.

1. Drain fuel tank - use new gas/oil
2. Replace the "In-tank" fuel filter and possibly the 1/8" fuel line also. This can be bought at any lawn mower repair shop or Home Depot.
3. If problem persists - remove carburetor and clean all passages. There might be a small screen that needs to be cleaned. If you dont tear any gaskets - they can be used again. Just make sure nuts and screws are tight
4. You may need to adjust the High & Low mixture screws by removing their plastic anti-tampering covers - the high speed jet is usually marked "H".
5. Make sure air filter is clean
6. Remove exhaust assembly and clean screen and exhaust port if 1-5 does not work

Where does the second gas line connect to on a mcculloch m32em leaf blower?

The small diameter line out of fuel tank (has filter in-tank on end) connects directly to the side of the carburetor that has the fuel pump....that is the cover without the hole in it. Other larger diameter fuel line out of tank connects to the longer nipple on the external purge/primer bulb. The bulb "pulls" fresh fuel from the fuel tank to the carb and then out of the carb to itself, where it then "pushes" any air/old fuel back into the fuel tank. The remaining larger diameter fuel line in this setup goes from the metering chamber (has cover with writing on it and a vent-hole) side of the carburetor to the smaller nipple on the purge/primer bulb. Again, on the primer bulb, the longer nipple has a line going directly from it to the tank. This is the return line. The shorter nipple on the bub has a line from it going to the metering chamber side of the carb. If the purge/primer bulb is on top of the carb...small line from carb body to small hole in tank with filter. Larger diameter line goes from the bulb on the fuel pump side of the carb to the larger hole in the fuel tank where sometimes the line is held in place with a nylon nipple connector that keeps the line from pulling out of the tank. Otherwise, the line should enter the tank for about 1/2" or so.

Mcculloch BL150 Blower. Both fuel lines from tank to primer have broken. The holes in tank body suggest two different fuel line sizes.? 2mm ID & ?. Is there an exploded view of the connection-...

Usually the smallest hose is the suction line in the tank and the larger hose is the return hose to the tank. The primer bulb should have 2 different size hose barbs.

Show diagram of fuel lines to carb for mac 3200

There is nothing available to the general public that provides what you ask! If service manuals exist they may not have the detail you seek!
McCulloch Manuals
Illustrated Parts Lists: (IPLs) are fairly simple. On the underside of McCulloch saws is a black and yellow tag; the upper number (“Power Mac 320” 600021H) is the model, below it a serial number (11-18555). These 2 numbers are combined to create an IPL number (“Power Mac 320” IPL number = 11-600021H). The IPL number can be used to find the correct IPL for every McCulloch parts supplier I’ve found. If the parts supplier only list part numbers the proper IPL is the source for the part number.
Operator’s Manuals: are much more difficult. I’ve dialed this number many times (Contact Us - All McCulloch Products 1 (800) 521-8559) and have yet to get a satisfactory response. Please try this! If enough of us try they will fix it!

I cannot find an IPL for a 3200. Some fuel components, part numbers and a little detail can be found below:

An IPL (Chinese Mac, exploded parts list) can be fond here:

I have seen this many times in these Chinese (MTD) McCullochs. I suspect fuel supply lines have failed. What little fuel system detail there is can be found here:

I need info on a Poulan Pro 445 fuel line routing

I'm so confused. This is reported as a Poulan and McCulloch pole saw, which one? Is it a pole saw? That is the only 445 Poulan I can find. It is reported as an electric but has a fuel routing problem.

If it is a Poulan Pro gas pole saw it is here: PP445 Gas Pole Pruner
The fuel system routing is terrible, but it is all there is.
Fuel Routing follows:
Tank to carburetor (hose in tank with filter on free end)
Carburetor to primer (primer draws fuel from the tank through the carb)
Primer to fuel tank (returns any excess fuel to tank when pushed) HTH

How to position the two little plastic hoses going from carburetor to fuel tank.for my homelite leaf blower and Vac, i need a caburator view

This is much easier than you think; the carburetor has two ports, one supply one return, the return port is the top port which allows excess fuel to be returned to the fuel tank when pressing the primer bulb. The bottom port is the intake that supplies fuel to the carburetor to be mixed with air and pushed into the cylinder for the combustion cycle. Both lines connect to the tank, the line with a cylindrical looking object is the supply line, that object is the fuel filter, so it would be connected to the bottom port of the carburetor. I hope that helps.

Need parts diagrams, lists, manuals, etc.

Remove and clean the fuel tank with carburetor cleaner then blow out with compressed air. You can buy the fuel line at small engine dealer. Replace fuel lines. Remove and clean the muffler. Remove and disassemble the carb. (making sure how it goes together). clean the carb. with carb. cleaner. If the diaphragm and gaskets look bad, replace. You can find all the carb. parts on the internet if you can not find locally. Remove and clean sparkplug. Check the blower impeller for dirt dobber nest etc. Install proper mix fuel and go to it. You will have much difficulty finding McCulloch parts list as the company went bankrupt a few years ago and the companies that have bought the name have not kept up the parts.
