Remove cover at rear of oven compartment, there you will see the element.
Undo fixing screw(s), carefully pull the element towards you, remove wires, be careful not to lose them inside ,and fit onto new element.
Refit element and rear cover.

Usually the element is a circular shape which is situated near the fan, normally you will need to remove the back of the oven, Switch off the power at the wall first, locate the element and remove the fixing screws and electrical connections then fit the new element and reconnect.
Only attempt this replacement if you are confident to do so and have a basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.

If the fan is working o/k, then you need replace the oven element.
To access this, remove inner rear cover of oven, there you will see the circular element.
Unscrew the screws securing it ,and remove element.
Detach wires and transfer to new element, be careful not to lose the wires behind the oven rear, refit element and rear cover.
the fan oven element is separate from the grill element.
the problem is that the circular element round the fan is blown. remove the back panel of the oven and you will see the element. replacement is easy. on most bosch, the element is removable from inside the oven but for some you have to remove the oven and take off the back casing
fan oven element has gone. it is a circular element and is located behind the back panel of the oven. some elements can be removed with the oven in place but for many you have to take the oven out and take off the rear casing. whichever, it is not a difficult job. element cost about £30
