Dodge RB4 nav system problem

posted by will30 on Jun 23, 2007

i purchased the dodge rb4 nav-system and it seems that it does not work. i drove my truck over 800 miles and it does not display any directions. everything seems to be wired ok for my truck and the radio and cd-player is working great. the only thing that is not working is the gps. the unit searches for the city and state and it seems as through it keeps telling me to use the cd for the west coast. i am living on the east coast. do you know how i can resolve this problem? another problem is the gps calibration seems to always display my truck is going in reverse or backwards and their is no pulses to get the unit functioning. can you shed some need light to my problem. i really appreciate it?
