Question about Vacuums
Under Operation it tells you to remove clean water tank which according to diagram looks as though glass part sould slide off. Have been unable to do this. Could you please give me a more accurate instruction as to how to do this as it doesn't appear to come off very easily

I suggest using KalStop to remove the calcium and minerals built up in the machine. Polti has built the machines to stop working when there is too much calcium in the boiler to prevent further damage.

That means that you need to replace the pump belt. Here is the belt you
