SOURCE: Front Side USN dows not work in ASUS M2N MX SE

The front side port may be a "low power" USB port, it may be possible to "power" this if there is the capacity to connect a power cable to the front panel USB adapter, or there may be an aux power socket to plug into on the motherboard.

Right click the mouse on My computer located on desktop- select Manage- select device manager- find universal serial bus controllers - click on universal serial bus controllers - u find some devices there - right click the mouse on each and select uninstall - after uninstalling restarting the computer.
note : ensure usb controllers are enabled in BIOS setup for this , u should press delete key  at the startup of PC and locate it in Intergrated peripherals

SOURCE: Hi, my system not working properly.

I don't think this is a BIOS problem. Sound more like you need to re-load windows and start from scratch. Make sure your USB is turned on in the BIOS.

While connecting web cam to computer (mother board ASUS M2N-E SLI) the message of the system Excess of throughput of USB contrller

The camera needs more power than what the USB socket can deliver - 6 watts. Since a webcam normally uses less than 0.5 watts then either the cable or or the camera itself are defective.
Time for a new one.

Most likely the ports are blown. PS2 ports are very sensitive to static. Buy a USB to PS2 adapter and you will be back in business
