Question about LeapFrog Custom Learning Didj Racing - Tiki Tropics
I can turn the didj on but it just stays frozen on the Warning screen. Now it will not turn off. What to do?
I had the same problem. What you need to do is open the Leapfrog connect and then plug your DIDJ into the computer. You also need to plug it in with the AC adapter as this takes time and the first time I tried the batteries died. So plug it in or put new batteries in it. Now just leave it sit plugged into your computer with the Leapfrog connect program open. It took mine almost 2 hours just sitting on the white Warning screen then if finally connected and updated the software and is now working fine. Hope this helps.

My Didj did the same thing on the same day! The Didj needs to be re-sync'd. Connect your Didj to your computer with the USB cable. Turn the Didj on. Open the LeapFrog Connect software on your computer. Sometime in the next 24 hours, the Didj will sync with your computer. After the Didj sync's, a pop-up will appear on your computer and the Didj will power down. Click OK on the pop-ups and then restart your Didj. The Didj may have to down load several files, but it will function normally afterward.
Before trying this, it's a good idea to turn off the screen saver and sleep mode on your computer. Install new batteries in the Didj as it may take 24 hours before the Didj sync's. If this does not work, you will have to return your Didj for replacement or repair.
