the temperature controlis most likely bad since you cant control it. the control is the knob you turn to set the temp with. you should be able to replace it yourself fairly easily.

Repair to Bosch fridge freezer KGV3104GB
This MIGHT be the same as yours!
Detach top panel above fridge door and "hinge" it down towards you
attached to its connecting wires. See if the connector on the right has
a thick black wire (nearest the fridge) and two brown wires. The faulty
fridge temp. sensor can be shorted out by connecting the black wire to
the brown wire next to it. I managed this by bridging the corresponding
points on the PCB with a blob of solder. My fridge freezer works OK now
on the freezer sensor. Hope this works with yours!

Your door switch is bad. When doors are opened, the fan stops. No cooling. When it closes, fan starts. Bulb is just an indicator of no power to unit...probably burned out contact in switch.

How to check everything
http://www.acmehowto.com/howto/appliance/refrigerator/refrigerator.php
The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent(damper)
between the freezer and fridge. The fan in the freezer blows air through
it. There is a flap you adjust with the
fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the
fridge temp .
OR.
If the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the freezer
are icing up because of auto defrost failure that will stop the circulation of
cold air and eventually affect the freezer too.
check defrost timer, defrost heater, defrost thermostat. In
most newer models the timer has been replaced by an electronic control board.
If the heater and thermostat are ok it’ll be the control.
You can turn the defrost timer till it clicks
and everything shuts down. The heater should now come on. If it does, replace
the timer. If it doesn't, check the heater and defrost thermostat. Turn the
timer again till everything starts back up to end the defrost cycle.
