Question about Kenmore 20722
After a night of very low temps, the washer would not fill with water. We warmed the area and the washer filled. Went back to check, it was not aggitating and will not spin or drain. Please advise.
Even "empty" - there is still water in the tub to keep the seals moist.
Let it thaw completely - or put some hot water in the tub to thaw.
You may already have damaged the coupling/drive belt if it was frozen.
