you can but the official wii lens cleaner kit although its not available in the usa yet....by sending your console to nintendo of america the will probably just clean the lens..this cleaning kit is made from nintendo and is only in japan but you can order it from consoleshop.com there search wii lens cleaner kit. its about 20.00 us dollars with shipping.although the instructions are in japaneese you can go to youtube and search wii lens cleaner kit and look for one with a blond brittish guy and he show how to use...it quite easy and all games will play after cleaning. that is if that is the problem...any rate if its not its a good idea to get it
