Question about Computers & Internet
Picture is clear, but film lags/sound stutters when played on both Quickplay and Windows Media Player, used multiple brand new discs to test. Internet videos play normally. The sound lags on my external speakers and through the built-in computer speakers.
Try using a third party program like WinDVD or InterVideo. You can get free downloads of a lot of them, and HP has never had the best record for player technology so they can use all the help they can get!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I use vlc myself it doesn't have compatibility problems and i have not run across many formats it will not play
first you shoul;d turn down the resolution on the screen(right click anywhere then go to the bottom and click properties then at the end is a settings tab lower your resolution to about 800x600 and see if this helps if not try putting in more memory that should help
