Why is it making loud mooing-like sounds when dispensing water?

The sound is water pressure flowing through the inlet valve and tubing. If it just started you may have picked up sediment inside the inlet valve most of which have a filter type screen inside. The valve would have to be removed and possibly cleaned. Some don't come apart and can only be replaced. The inlet valve is the plastic part on the back that the house water line connects to.

Gas thermostat fails

1) If your water heater plugs into outlet, then electronic gas controls are susceptible to power surge. and reversed outlet polarity, and undervoltage at outlet, lack of ground wire continuity between ground plug and manifold tube connected to bottom of gas control valve.

2) If sediment builds up inside tank, it will cover thermostat probe and cause probe to malfunction.
Tank can have sediment flakes build-up and still drain perfectly clean water.

3) There are 2 general types of Honeywell electronic gas controls valves installed on Whirlpool heaters.
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-troubleshoot-gas-water-heater.html#intellivent
The gas control for atmospheric water heater (passive vent at top of heater) is modular, and is not always removed from tank when replaced.
The other gas control for power vent models is removed completely.

4) Remove thermostat from tank to reveal 3/4" opening.
Look inside tank.
To remove sediment flakes: Tape assorted plastic pipes and tubes to shop vac hose and see if flakes can be removed. And remove drain valve.

5) Check that air intake is clean using feather duster or compressed air, clean combustion parts as shown in product manual. If air intake is clogged with dust, then draft vent is slowed. This causes slowed venting of hot combustion by-product that will overheat combustion chamber.
Typically this condition will trip the FV system. BUT it might also trip the gas control thermostat.

Stand 3-legged water heaters on bricks so inspection and cleaning flame arrestor screen is ez.

My estate whirlpool washer model# taws800jq1 water wont shut off when you start cycle

See this tubing:

11_10_2011_1_17_20_am.jpg
If this tubing gets sediment in it OR vibrates loose OR gets pinched from re-installing the cabinet OR if the tube gets a hole in it then the pressure won't build up as the water level rises and the water will not shut down. The component that tube is attached to it the water level switch. The likelihood of it being bad is slim. Most of the time sand and sediment gets into the tubing and simply blowing it out and reattaching the the tube to the switch fixes it. Be sure to pump out water after cleaning and re attaching the tube to the water level switch. Service manual and more

My water heater makes hoise what can i do to make it quiter

You posted under electric water heater.

1) Gas or electric, the noise is from sediment build-up inside tank.
Once sediment builds up, the only way to solve problem is to clean the tank out.

2) To restore full efficiency to electric water heater and stop the noise, clean the tank:

3) To clean gas water heater is more difficult and less successful:

4) To prevent sediment problem, flush water heater each 6 months before sediment can build up.

Why does my water heater make crackling noises

The crackling noise is from build-up of sediment.
I forget exact reaction that causes the noise.
Water heaters exposed to hard water will create sediment inside the tank.

Following link shows sediment and remedies for gas and electric water heaters.

The toilet isnt flushing and water is not filling into the cistern? (at the top) how do i fix this problem??

If I understand correctly, the tank that holds water is not filling up with water.

1) If this is the problem, then you need new toilet fill valve.
Or clean sediment out of existing fill valve by removing and soaking in CLR calcium rust lime.

To replace fill valve:
Look at water supply line coming into tank.
Supply line connects to fill valve.

Buy new fill valve at home center, hardware store, or walmart, or online.
There are two nuts connected to valve. Each nut has companion rubber washer

One nut & washer seal water supply line to tank.
Second nut & washer seal valve to tank.

2) If water tank is full of water, but water does not flow rapidly into bowl when you push flush lever, then your toilet is clogged with sediment.

To solve sediment problem when flush water will not flow rapidly into tank, then buy CLR calcium lime rust.
Pour CLR down into overflow tube located inside water tank.
Make a funnel by cutting off bottom of water bottle, or cut paper cup into a funnel.
Pour cup-full after cup-full of CLR into overflow tube until sediment and CLR are coming out all flush holes located under-rim on bowl.

It won't fill with water

Water valve is locked out. a blockage in some sython tubes may be the cause .remove drain screen remove single screw on a domed plastic cover ,take out and clean the u shaped tubes(note the correct positions).take off the water inlet pipe to remove water pressure to valve (to unlock it) fit all the parts back and try it. if it wont work the blockage is beneath the tubes in a short tube(10" ) in the base below sython tubes.

Equator dishwasher portable

I think I know how to solve your problem. The pressure switch that controls the water supply valve can be accessed from the rear of the dishwasher. Take off the panel that is on the left, viewed from the rear. The pressure switch will be at the upper left with a two part tube leading down to the water sump area. Take the tube apart and clean it out. Any clog is most likely in the lower area, larger diameter tube. When you have the 'clamp' removed, you can pull the large tube off the reducer fitting. If the reducer fitting does not have any debris itself, you probably don't have to disassemble and clean out the upper part of the tube, but you could just to be sure. The first time I had this problem, I just blew out the lower tube. This time I really cleaned it out. To clean the lower part of the tube I used a doubled coat hanger wire. I straightened the tube and inserted the doubled wire, rotated it a few times, and pulled it out. It was covered with gunk. I actually repeated this process several times until it came out relatively clean. I reassembled the dishwasher and it is back to working fine.
