SOURCE: Parking lights will not come on when I use the remote starter

Most alarm installers use in line connectors or crimp-on connectors. If you can identify these connections looking under the dash, you will have to give it a little twist. Usually this allows it to make contact again.

Hi I have a 2008 cobalt that the fan speed dose not work I've changed fan itself the resitor I now have it bypassed with toggle switch temporary any ideas

My first guess would be the control module, if the fan has no power and the 30 amp fuses are ok.
The blower is grounded to the body and gets power thru the HVAC control module and the body control module. There are relays and fuses involved. The high speed relay bypasses the resistor.
You may need a wiring diagram and a book to diagnose it.

2000 saturn SL car was broke into ignition switch

I'm guessing the antitheft worked then? Getting the codes and reprogramming a new switch, because it sounds like your switch is damaged probably beyond repair, is most likely a dealer only job. Be sitting down when they tell you how much!!

Hhr door drivers side wont open

The HHR requires a bypass module which controls the starter resistance, and the door locks. This vehicle has a one wire lock system which locks the doors by sending a certain resistance, and unlocks by sending a different resistance. If you are using a compatible bypass module, check all your connections to make sure they are connected tightly, and then double check the programing you used for the bypass module. You may have to unplug and re-program the module in order to fix the problem. If you are not using a module then you need to double check the wire you are tapped into and double check the resistance. Let me know if this does not apply to what you are doing and if so I will need more info in order to trouble shoot for you.

Blower not getting power from TIPM, had a mechanic check it and he said everything checked out fine that the module showed that it was working the way it suppose to, can it be bypassed?

Bypassed for what reason?

You were told it works as supposed to,
have them prove that statement

You will loose all sorts of features
that the module is there for

Just need to properly diagnose the problem

This site has 1,000 people a week come here,
because shops & dealers can't do that & we can't
guess without having the vehicle to test either

Auto start on Dodge Ram shuts off about 10 seconds after starting

Not seeing the key chip. The remote that was installed if aftermarket needs to see a key for it to keep running. As with a normal WCM (wireless control module) the keys need to be programed to it.The turning off after 10 second is a security feature and would be normal if a unprogrammed key is used to start the truck.

Do i need a bypass module in installing performance teknique 2 way alarm system w/ remote in my 2008 mazda 3

Yes, to do a remote start properly, a bypass module will be needed. The less expensive ones will require you to lose a key. The better one will program to your car using 2 existing working keys. Many online retailers sell them. Look for Fortin, Idatalink, etc.
