SOURCE: My Ge SpaceMaker XL1800 Microwave Oven won't power on any more.

1.Check power outlet for working.
2.If it is than you have broken fuse inside the m/w.
3. To change the fuse you have to disconnect the power to m/w, take the upper grill off, take the screw on top of control panel, lift the control panel up and removed. The 20 Am fuse located behind this panel.

I have a GE Over the oven microwave Model JVM1660BB. When heating it had started making a low humming noise. I could open the door and then close it, and the noise stopped. Now the oven won't heat at all. the light comes and the fan works. Jimbo
