Yes there is a fuse in the fuse block under the hood. If you look under the lid to the fuse block it should say what # an location.

yes, check the fuses, and the wiper relay switch, normally located in a power distribution box under the hood located on the drivers side, in a black box. also some fuses are located right under your steering wheel, they are behind a cover.
