Question about Dell Xps 13 Ultrabook Core I5/4gb/128gb Ssd/hd Webcam/backlit Kb/win7hp
I have an dell xps 13 and I have a issue with my headphone jack. My headphones don't "click" into the port. They work but they are hanging loose in the port and are easily knocked out. Please help and advise me on what to do.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Check the device manager in the windows control panel and make sure your audio device is listed and has no conflicts present. If all is good there, I suggest downlading the latest driver, then uninstall/remove your audio device from the device manager, then install the new driver and let the computer rediscover the harware. Sometimes it just helps when the computer thinks it's a new device.
