The instruction at ''0x009d5d79''referrenced memory at ''0x00000000''the memory could not be read

A similar problem was present on a recent repair, and the issue was not a memory module, but a defective electrolytic capacitor on the motherboard. Those capacitors are easy to spot, as they show some bulging on top of them and may display some brownish buildup. The capacitors will be marked for 10 volts or so and about 1000 microfarads. look nearby the memory modules. Replacement is relatively easy, but tshould be performed by someone familiar with electronics. guy.

Losing memory capacity

Hi Sometimes if the files/data in your phone were hid by the virus, it will not show.So to clean up this the best way to get rid from this issue is to flash the phone. You can do it by contacting mobile repairing shop or flash the phone by yourself. But before you do this try to format it by press and hold *,3 ,green keys and power on the phone. Thanks for visiting fixya

Can I import camera pics to a Dobly Home Theater laptop, by Acer?

First a nitpick: your memory card is Memory Stick Pro Duo, it's not an SD card. Secure Digital is one specific type of memory card, distinct from xD, CF, Memory Sticks, and other memory card types.

Okay, not that I've got that off my chest, yes you can import pics to your laptop. Just connect a card reader to the USB port and then put your Memory Stick into the reader. Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files.

Card readers should be available at just about any department, electronics, or office-supply store. One important point to remember is to make sure you get a card reader that can read Memory Stick Pro Duos. If you get, for example, an SD card reader, it won't do you any good.

I just replaced memory battery in zoom 9030 but everytime i switch it on it says 'Memory Error : Initalizing system' so I can no longer edit & store patches. Any idea how to solve this problem?...

If you can get to a formatting function do that. The memory contents have to follow a certain format as a self check it does when starting and they are corrupted now, probably random data. You might try the procedure that is used on another Zoom product for clearing the memory... Hold down the store button while turning on the power... then possibly pressing the store once again... worth a try.

Hi & thanks. There is a small 'M' on the top center right of the 'number' screen. How do I get this to go away? Remove the battery? Thanks again & regards, -louis

This M does no harm. It merely reminds you that you stored something in memory. You can try pressing the AC (Clear All) button. Alternatively, store 0 in all the memories. If I am not mistaken you have 3 memories. Try
0 STO 1 to clear Memory 1
0 STO 2 to clear Memory 2
0 STO 3 to clear Memory 3.

What does MC, MR, & MS mean?

Welcome to Fixya. Heres the meaning that you're looking for.

MC - Memory Clear. this clears all contents of the memory
MR - Memory Recall. This displays the current content in the memory
MS - Memory Save. This saves the current display to memory.
M+ - Memory Add. This adds the current figure to the value already present in memory.

Thanks for using Fixya.

I am trying to store numbers in my old 21 memory GE corded phone (Model No.2-9167A) Can you help me? Thank you.

Try this link:

It's for a different model (2-9169), but I was able to store a number on my 2-9167A from these instructions. You'll have to lift off the plastic cover on the right side to be able to press the "Store" button - but you probably know that. Also, if you actually want to store more than 9 numbers (not counting the A, B & C buttons), then you'll use 01 thru 09 when storing or dialing. Good luck!
