How do you download pictures from the camera memory to the memory card ?

There's a "Copy" command in the Memory Stick Tool menu you can use to copy photos from internal memory to memory card. For full details refer to page 52 of the manual.

I borrowed a Caplio R5 camera, have taken some super pics, but couldn't download onto computer. So took the memory stick to Boots and their developer couldn't find the photos. Put the memory stick...

The Photo's are currently stored on the cameras internal memory, you'll need to transfer them to the card using the camera's menu options.

Failing that, plug the camera into your PC and switch on, a box should appear asking you which programme would you like to access the new device with.

Select the folder option, then click on and open any folders therein, one will be the camera memory the other the card memory.

Hi I bought a memory card and took pictures and stored them on the card. I took the memory card out and downloaded the pictures on my computer. After I was done I put the card back in the camera and now...

Look at your memory card. SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

I bought a new memory stick for my canon eos 40d and took it out to download pictures and now the camera won't work, it says format card to camera

You need to format the card in-camera. This is done via the camera menu. The camera needs to format it to it's own file system, you shouldn't format the card in a computer.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS5 cant upload photos!!

Did your friend use the "safely remove hardware" function when removing your card from her computer? That could corrupt your card if she didn't. Try this...take your card to a store like Walmart that has a Kodak picture kiosk. They can usually read everything on a card. There, you can print the pics or even make a cd of them. Afterwards, format your card in your camera.

I recently deleted my photos. How can I retreive them? digital camera sony cybershot dsc-w120 7.2 mega prix.

First of all, do not save any new file to camera's memory card.

Take out memory card, and connect it to computer using a card reader. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in Windows Explorer.
Download this digital camera recovery software
Install and open the photo recovery software, select the memory card, and click 'Start' button.

I have a sony dsc-f717 took several pictures and now i get format error 13:01 and can't retrieve the photos I've took and veiwed. Help retrieving

1st, try and download the pictures via your computer and a memory card adapter. If you're computer doesn't recognize the card through an adapter,

2) go to
Search by the model number of the Memory Stick. There is Memory Stick recovery software. follow the steps for the download and recovery.

3) On new/blank memory cards, I sometimes have to format the MS in the camera first, then everything works fine.

Sony Cyber Shoot Undeleting photos?

If the photos are deleted off the memory card they are gone for good. I rcommened that you buy a few cards and download them onto your computer or get them printed to keep this from happening also make sure you get brand name memory cards, less chance of having errors
