Go to settings -> wireless and network -> mobile AP -> press the mobile AP check mark -> click yes. the access point name and password is located on the bottom of the page in the mobile AP menu. cheers.

I understand the you are unable to connect to Wifi.

1. What is brand and model name of the Tablet?
2. What is OS installed on it (Android or Windows)?
3. Have you ever connected to Internet on this Tablet?
