Question about Nokia Lumia 710
The phone will suddenly go off and start to reboot. It is stuck in a loop doing this and never fully powers up or down. It rotates between the T-Mobile screen and the Nokia screen, and I can not get it to power down with out taking the battery out. I have taken the battery out for several minutes and reinserted it but this does not resolve the problem. It starts again into the same loop without ever fully booting up.
Hello My Friend::
1.Check the device's battery level for at least two bars of strength.
2.If the battery level is low, charge the battery.
3.If the issue is not resolved, remove the back cover.
4.Remove the battery.
5.Wait 10 seconds.
6.Press and hold the W key.
7.While pressing down the W key, re-insert the battery.
•The device restarts and after approximately 15 seconds, the 'Recovery' screen appears
•Release the power button but *continue holding the home button*, for another 30 seconds.

Take your SIM card out.
Make sure your phone battery is fully charged.
Press * 3 send at the same time and turn the phone on. Keep them pressed until the reset screen appears.
Give it time to reset.
Yes! I know. You need someone to press the ON button.

Try removing the micro SD (memory) card. Then turn on the phone and once the phone is on and working fine, insert the memory card.
It worked for me. It seems to be a problem with the memory card or with some application that doesn't allow the phone to boot up.
