How can I reset my password for Billinton BHP account?

The first time you apply for a position using BHP Billiton Jobs you will be asked to enter your email address (Username), and create a password and secret question. When you return to BHP Billiton Jobs the system will remember your email address and will prompt you to enter your password.

Should you forget your password you will have to click on the "Forgotten your Password?" link. You will then be presented with your secret question which you must answer correctly to have your password sent to your email address.

If you are unable to answer your secret question then please contact us and a new password will be generated and sent to your email address.

My password forget

Hi,

If you forget your yahoo ids you can get a list of you used the same alternate email address for all of them.

If you forget your yahoo password or someone has changed it you must provide your date of birth and original zip code. A new password will be sent to your alternate email address. If there was no alternate email address then the secret question will be asked. You must follow those steps. There is no way around it.

Here is a form for forgotten IDs and password.

US: https://edit.yahoo.com/forgot
UK: https://edit.europe.yahoo.com/forgot

Thanking you

Hello,
Unfortunately, the official answer from Yahoo is that if you forgot your secret questions you will need to create a new account.

From Yahoo: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/id_password/edit-20.html

You can get a new password, a Yahoo! ID reminder, or both. If you forgot your Yahoo! ID or password, go to the Sign-in Problems page.
If you forgot your Yahoo! ID, you need to provide three pieces of information so we can confirm your identity:
  • Your birthday
  • Your ZIP or postal code (at the time you created your Yahoo! account or when you last updated it)
  • Your alternate email address -Note: You must have access to this email address
  • Country code (at the time you created your Yahoo! account or when you last updated it)
Be sure to provide the same information you gave the last time you registered for a new Yahoo! ID or password or the last time you updated your account.
If you forgot your password, you can create a new one. But first you'll have to provide the following information so we can confirm your identity:
  • Your Yahoo! ID
  • Alternate email address, mobile phone number, or the answers to your secret questions
A Reset Your Password link will be sent to your alternate email address. Click the link and enter your new password in the Reset your password page.

If you entered your secret question incorrectly or forgot what you originally entered, for security reasons, we cannot tell you what your Yahoo! ID is or let you create a new password.

Please let me know if I can help you further.

Regards,

KYTechnology

I forgot my password and dont remember my answer to the security question. HELP

When you request a new password, need technical support, or have questions about your billing, Yahoo! usually asks you for your Secret Question for verification that you are who you say you are.
To protect your account from unauthorized access, Yahoo! must be able to confirm your identify. You can confirm your identity in one of the following ways:
  • Answer your Secret Question (also referred to as a Security Question)
  • Provide a valid alternate email address or mobile phone associated with your account (if you no longer have access to that email address or phone number, it's not valid)
If you can't sign in but have provided an alternate email address or phone number, you won't need to verify your Security Question. Go to the Sign-in Problems page for help logging in to your account.
If you cannot verify your Secret Question and your account doesn't have an alternate email address or phone number we can use to identify you, then you will not be able to reset your password, get answers to questions about your billing, or receive technical support.
If you cannot verify the answer to your Security Question, you cannot change it to something else.
We strongly suggest that you add and verify an active alternate email address or mobile phone for your account. This is an email address we can use to communicate with you if you no longer have access to your Yahoo! Mail account. To add or edit an alternate email address or mobile phone, go to your ACCOUNT INFO: Manage your email addresses page.

steps to reset password.

1. Google will email you your password to the original email account you created your gmail account with.

2. Answer the secret question.

3. If you fail or cannot do either steps 2 or 3 above you need to answer questions specifically related to the gmail account to prove that you are the original owner. In order to reset and change the password of Gmail and corresponding Google Account with the affected Gmail email address, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://mail.google.com/ (related: other Gmail URLs).
2. Click on I cannot access my account link.

Change Gmail and Google Account Password
3. Click on radio button of I forgot my password, and then click on password recovery page link (or you can go directly to the link above).
4. Enter the username for the Gmail or Google Account in the field provided.
5. Enter the captcha letters as shown in the image on screen.
6. If you never login to the Gmail for the previous 24 hours, a secret question as set in the Google Account will be presented. Answer the question with a correct answer in order to be able to reset the password.

If you're unable to answer your security question and the account has a secondary email address configured, a link will appear at the bottom of the secret question results page. Clicking on the link will has a password reset email message sent to the secondary email mailbox. After receiving the email, follow the link to reset the password.

If you have login to Gmail in the preceding 24 hours period, the password reset email will be sent immediately instead. Follow the link to reset the password. If you don't have a secondary email address, or if you no longer have access to that account, repeat the steps above after 5 days. At that point, you'll be able to reset your password by answering the security question you provided when you created your account.
7. If you cannot remember the answer to secret question, cannot answer the secret question correctly and do not receive password reset email in secondary email account, try to contact Google for help.

Can't log in to email

Hi,

What you will need to do is goto Yahoo.com and reset your password. When you set it up originally, they would of asked you for a secret question. You will need to type this in along with a couple of other bits of information. Once they verify this, you will be brought to another screen which will allow you to reset your password.

Hope this helps.
