Question about SYMA Toys industrial Syma S032 Ready to Fly Gyro

1 Answer

Flew my S109 for many months and now it suddenly will not lift. Replaced the internal battery and this did not fix the problem. Ordered new blades just in case. What would cause it to not lift. Power seems fine

Probably a cog on the motor or inner/outer shaft slipping.

Kind regards, Julian

SOURCE: s107g won't take off

I may be out of my area of expertise on this one, but it is possible to install the blades backward? That would cause the copter to try to go downward with the normal rotor rotation....just a friendly suggestion.

My Smya s109 top blade will come off every time i fly it.

Sounds like you have a defect or something broken. Check your parts up close and see if you can find the defect. Spare parts are available for this unit. Then again the whole units only about 20.00. Try this link for parts . http://www.feala.com/syma_s109g_helicopter_and_spare_parts.htm

Might be the camera's battery terminals, not the battery itself. Take a qtip and some isopropyl aclohol and clean the terminals in the battery well of camera.

Syma s107 hit a dangling string that got tied up instantly and seized the rotors. now lights up but blades don't spin when throttled. What can I do besides replace the helicopter?

I was flying my syma s800g and hit the ceiling fan chain. When I attempted to fly it would spin and fall over. The problem was I broke the two small plastic pins on the top rotor holder. Ordered a new top rotor and flies fine. Then on my s107 I flew into a door and the top rotor had zero spin although the motors worked. In that case the screw that sets the top rotor onto the middle shaft loosened resulting in no lift and also tilted and fell over. This was fixed by securing the set screw properly. So in both instances it was similar effects due to the top rotors not spinning in sync with lower blades.

Will not light unless I move the wire going to the flew blocked switch

Hi, the flew block switch is a safety switch that will keep the heater from working for unsafe operation. If it is a crimp on connection, you can fix this. If it is internal, it must be replaced. You can temp. bypass the switch with a jumper wire but only for a short time.It will light and work then. Like I said though, this is for only a short time fix as it is a safety devise. Good Luck,
