My tv was off during the rain, there was thunder but i forgot to pull the earial plug, next day when i swiched back on my tv it was dead (nothing happend).I then open the tv to see if it has burned but found the fuse,it was black (perhaps burned)can that be the problem?as i insurted the fuse back into it's place i was shocked.Must i now only replace the fuse with the same new one?will my set work again?
The fuse is doing its job when the fuse blow it stop the components being damaged. but in this case it sounds like component failer
