The internal "computer" board faulted out. Check inside for bad fuses, loose wires or globs of dust...blow out the internals with CLEAN and DRY compressed air!

try pressing and holding 'advanced surround' and the power button. This should reset the protect circuit. If it turns off again right away, then there is a problem with the amp that needs to be repaired.

Your unit has a condition known as DC Offset, meaning a damaged amplifier. For more information, or should you have any further questions, please visit my website at audioserviceclinic.com. You may contact me through the website. Thank you.

Pioneer VSX-72TXV wont power up. mcacc light just blinks.. unit does not have a video 2 button on the face.

try holding the "TUNE -" button and the ZONE 2 on/off button and see if it turns on. If its turns on, but turns back off again, you either have a problem with your speakers (try disconnecting them) or there is a problem with the receiver that needs to be repaired.

My pioneer vsx 921 switched off while playing loud. ADv MCACC is flashing and it is not powering on? What could be the problem?

Your unit is locked in protection mode. Hold the advanced surround button and the power button to turn it back on. If it shutdown right away, then you shorted out the amp and need to take it in for repair.

Pioneer vsx-819H: MCACC setup won't display on tv

I would say check the cable version not everyone knows this but there are different version HDMI cables such as 1.0,1.1,1.2 and the newest 1.3 cable these are band-with depended cables and if you use a lower version this should work if not you might have a issue with video.

Other then that you might have a issue with the unit if all other signals are working on the monitor.. Ruling out this will be hard if you do not have another monitor to test it on. I would be conducting a test on other output monitors and see if you get any results.

please press the accept button as I worked hard to answer you question.
