Question about Cell Phones
Just Open the Default Browser of Galaxy S3, go to "Privacy and Security" (if you have Chrome go to "Content Setting") > check the "Accept Cookies" button. That's it !

If you are referring to stock Internet browser on your device it goes like this:1. Open Internet application2. Press context menu (from the picture below)3. Select settings and under setting scroll until you find accept cookies.

While you have your web browser open, touch the settings button that has the lines next to the home button, then it should have more options like bookmarks, Windows, etc.. there should be settings, touch that and scroll down til you see accept cookies. Hope this works.
